Neon Lights is back this year with a formidable line-up of musicians, artists and spoken word performers, all happening at Fort Canning Park over the last weekend of November.

Curated by Marc Nair, "The Rocking Horse" programme features a line-up of today's most exciting spoken word artists, which include: Deborah Emmanuel, Jennifer Anne Champion, Kok Wei Liang, Ng Yi-Sheng, Shivram Gopinath, Stephanie Dogfoot, a DJ set by Darker Than Wax, and Marc Nair himself.
