Join us for the launch of Yeo Wei Wei’s Clan and Diasporic, a two-part collection that features her translations, transcreations, and adaptations of Soon Ai Ling’s short story collection "人也•女也".

As part of the launch, there will be a screening of Eva Tang’s The Veiled Willow, a short film adaptation of one of Soon Ai Ling’s works, followed by a discussion with Yeo Wei Wei, Eva Tang and Soon Ai Ling, titled "A Conversation about Film and Literary Adaptations". The three panellists will share more about their experience with adaptation into the different artistic forms.
