On the last weekend of the year, join CITRUS practices in a communal pasar-ing, fish gutting, rempah frying, veg chopping, leaf wrapping, steaming and dining experience. Facilitated by the artist ila, as a community of arts workers, we will prepare and cook a meal based on her grandmother’s ikan pais recipe, alongside kitchen chit-chats on care practices in Singapore’s arts landscape.
