Sing Lit Station and Sea Breeze Books will be co-presenting the “Sing Lit Poetry Translation Workshop” as part of a greater goal to present poetry of all four of Singapore’s official languages’ literary traditions in translation through poetry.sg. Through the workshop, participants will not only get the opportunity to do translations hands-on, they will also participate in discussions and critiques, which will make them better understand some of the considerations and processes that go into translating.

The event will be conducted in Chinese and English, and helmed by Ang Jin Yong (洪均榮), and Ang Lai Sheng (汪來昇) of Sea Breeze Books.

新文站（Sing Lit Station）與海風書屋将聯合舉辦「新加坡文學：新詩翻譯工作坊」，並以兼容新加坡四大官方語言為目標，期待將不同語言的作品、文學經典都介紹至 poetry.sg。通過這場工作坊，參與者不僅能有機會第一手參與現場翻譯，也能通過小組討論與批評獲得反饋，包括翻譯的各種考量，以及過程所需要注意的細節。

活動將以華文與英文進行。
