Textures invites you to escape into the imaginative terrains of Singapore Literature! Join The Arts House as they cross the country to breathe new stories and adventures into your neighbourhoods. This year’s Festival Pavilion is a travelling visual installation featuring newly commissioned artworks inspired by Singapore writing.
On-site programmes include “Make Your Own Gunungan” with Muhamma Izdi and storytelling sessions with Mooty at the Ang Mo Kio Public Library, and parent-child storytelling workshops at Ang Mo Kio Public Library, Sengkang Public Library and 256C Sumang Walk. A Sing Lit Book Bazaar and a Reading Room also await all visitors to The Arts House.
Digital programmes also include video works by Kamini Ramachandran, and podcasts featuring writers Clara Chow, Daryl Qilin Yam and Jennifer Anne Champion and performers Erwin Shah Ismail, R. Chandran and Lim Yu Beng. For more details, click on the event link provided below.
