Yeng Pway Ngon (1947–2021) was one of Singapore’s most prominent Chinese writers. The Cultural Medallion recipient left us with a rich legacy of Chinese literature, with a body of work that spanned novels and poetry. In this poetry recital with piano and violin accompaniment by prominent young composers Tan Yuting and Ding Jian Han, award-winning academic-poet Tan Chee Lay will read from Yeng’s early works till his latest publication Stones, which was published in 2020.
