This personal musical exploration features a series of poems in the Malay language, based on the artist’s daily reflections and recollections of the past. Presented as homophonous music compositions, this poetry performance will incorporate both live and virtual instruments to realise patterns of words and sounds.

Bakti Khair is a Singapore singer-songwriter best known for his singles Madah Pohon Beringin, Norae Cinta and Boleh Diam Tak. Appointed as Duta Bahasa in 2018, Bakti aspires to share with youths the importance of using the Malay language to express themselves, especially through the arts.
