Moderated by Jeremy Sharma, this panel comprising of Marc Nair, Aya Sekine, Guo-Liang Tan and Toh Hun Ping considers how abstraction operates and surfaces within and across various practices and disciplines, such as music, poetry, film, and visual art.

Held in conjunction with "Jason Martin: Meta physical", the discussion takes the traditions of abstract painting as a point of departure, and invites a different, broader elucidation of abstraction – in particular, what it can bring to varying modes and registers of perceiving, expressing, and producing realities.
