In this workshop offered by Sing Lit Station, author and screenwriter Adeline Foo will guide participants to combine the elements of comic strips, dialogue and script to explore creative ways to tell and re-tell stories.
Using comic strips as an interesting medium and “show, don’t tell” as a writing strategy, participants will re-imagine an old folktale of Singapore and create their own imaginative narratives.
This workshop is held in conjuction with the Asia Pacific Breweries Foundation Signature Art Prize 2018, organised by the Singapore Art Museum. The exhibition of finalist artworks are on view at National Museum of Singapore (venue partner of the Prize) till 2 September.
