As promised, bringing back Alvin much anticipated lecture originally given during Singapore Writer's Festival 2018. We will record the lecture and also do a Facebook live.

What is the place of Singapore literature in the world? What does it mean for Singapore literature to have a place in the world? Poet and editor, Alvin Pang, reflects on two decades of work in trying to connect the Singaporean with the international. He will share about the startling resonances he finds in the writing itself, as well as in common values and challenges, across literary communities everywhere.

Alvin has also promised to bring many scandalous photos and videos of many of our famed local poets in their younger days.
