On 8 Jul, 7pm-9pm, both Singaporean and Bangladeshi poets, writers and singers will come together to speak in the common language of poetry, songs, and love.
Confirmed performers include: Kirpal Singh, Pooja Nansi, Aaron Lee, Annaliza Bakri, Krishna Udayasankar, Deborah Emmanuel, Ng Yi-Sheng, Eric Valles, Joses How, Ester Low and Kee Cee Tho, as well as Bikash Nath, M A Sobur (Mohammad Abdus Sobur), Rofikul Islam Rofik
Syedur Rahman Liton, Litonchanda Mondol, Arifin Islam Arif , Kamini Ramachandran, singers
Rakesh and Ria Saha, and dancers Archana and Namiko.
This event is organised by Md Mukul Hossine, Healthserve, and The Arts House, in an effort to raise awareness about the many voices of migrant workers in Singapore needing to be heard.
